These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of ClawMagic products and services offered by Aramagio ("we", "us", "our") through clawmagic.aramagio.com. By completing a purchase or using any ClawMagic product, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered on any ClawMagic product or service.
Because all ClawMagic products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase (ISO downloads and API keys), we cannot verify return of the product. We encourage you to review all product features, specifications, system requirements, and this Terms of Service page before purchasing.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a product that was delivered as described constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in:
After purchase, you will receive a time-limited download link valid for 7 days with up to 5 downloads. A copy of your download link is also sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your link expires before you download, contact support for a replacement.

ClawMagic is built on open-source foundations (Arch Linux, XFCE, and various GPL/MIT/BSD-licensed packages). Your use of those underlying components remains governed by their respective open-source licenses. The ClawMagic-specific additions (custom scripts, branding, edition system, AI integration, MCP tools) are proprietary.
When you purchase a ClawMagic AI Credits pack, you receive a personal API key with a prepaid credit balance. This key provides access to multiple AI language models through our managed gateway, including models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and self-hosted models.
Credits are consumed based on actual token usage at rates determined by the underlying model providers. Different models have different costs per token — premium models consume credits faster than budget or free models. Free models (where available) do not consume credits.
We reserve the right to adjust credit consumption rates at any time to reflect changes in upstream provider pricing. Current model availability and approximate consumption rates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee.
AI Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused credits expire after 12 months and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred. It is your responsibility to use your credits within the validity period. We may send courtesy reminders but are not obligated to do so.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate key revocation without refund and a permanent ban from future purchases.
AI Credits provide access to third-party AI models routed through our gateway. We do not guarantee:
If a model becomes permanently unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative models of comparable capability. Temporary outages of individual models do not entitle you to a refund.
AI-generated suggestions and automated tool outputs are provided "as is" without any warranty. You use them at your own risk.
ClawMagic includes AI-powered features (ClawMagic Agent, CMBot, MCP tools) that can suggest commands, analyze systems, and in some editions, execute operations autonomously. You acknowledge that:
Always maintain current backups before performing recovery, repair, or diagnostic operations. ClawMagic is a powerful toolkit — with that power comes the responsibility to verify actions before executing them.
The ClawMagic name, logo, branding, custom scripts, edition system, AI integration, MCP server implementation, and website content are the intellectual property of Aramagio. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
ClawMagic incorporates open-source software governed by their respective licenses (GPL, MIT, BSD, etc.). A full list of included packages and their licenses is available within the ISO at /usr/share/licenses/.

We use Umami for privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. No personal data is shared with third parties except as required to process your payment (PayPal) and provide AI model access (Anthropic, OpenAI).
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aramagio, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to revoke access to any ClawMagic product or service, including download tokens and API keys, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms. Revocation due to Terms violation does not entitle you to a refund.
You may stop using ClawMagic products at any time. Unused credits and download tokens are not refundable upon voluntary discontinuation.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was made. Continued use of ClawMagic products after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For material changes that affect existing purchases (such as changes to credit expiration policy), we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aramagio operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ClawMagic shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
